The Performance Judo mat is manufactured to the highest specifications.
The Performance tatami is perfect for clubs with many members. Its lightness allows to move them more easily than the Olympic tatami. But it keeps a very good resistance and robustness to accomodate the judokas of any age during many years.
Made from a high quality vinyl with a rice straw pattern, specially impregnated to prevent cracking and remain flexible for many years. The mats have a microcellular non-slip base with heat-welded corners.
Performance Judo Tatami has a density of 200 to 210 kg/m3.
Unlike many cheaper imitations, Fighting Films tatami is built to last. Some of our customers are still using 30 year old Fighting Films judo tatami without the vinyl cracking or the non-slip base peeling.
Our tatami mats comply with the European standard EN 12503-3.
During the 2022 Commonwealth Games, Fighting Films mats were used, proving the quality of our mats.
The mats are available in the standard sizes of : 2m x 1m and 1m x 1m both with a thickness of 40mm
After having chosen the density according to your needs, choose among a broad panel of color. Moreover, two sizes of tatamis are available.
